Shipping

Shipping is complimentary on every order, always, no minimum. Each piece is inspected by hand, placed in the TFY presentation box, and dispatched from our workshop within 1 to 2 business days.

Our pieces are made and shipped from our atelier partners in China. Delivery is tracked door to door and typically arrives within 7 business days of dispatch; remote regions can take a few days longer. A tracking link is emailed the moment your order ships, so you can follow it the whole way.

Every parcel is sent discreetly packaged, with no indication of the contents, gifts stay surprises.
