Updated September 5, 2026. This describes the TFY website during its catalogue preview and online launch preparation.
Launch list
When you choose to join, we store your email address, the signup source, and signup date in our website database. The signup source may identify the product or page where you joined. We use this list for the launch updates you requested. Signing up does not place an order.
Enquiries and existing accounts
If you email us, your message and contact details are used to answer the enquiry. Existing account records can include a name, email address, and hashed password. Existing order records may include delivery and purchase details. We do not collect payment-card information through the current catalogue preview.
Optional analytics
If Meta analytics is configured, we ask before loading it. You can decline and continue browsing. If you allow it, Meta may receive page visits, product identifiers, launch-signup events, and technical data associated with your browser connection. We do not include your email address or enquiry text in these events. Use Privacy choices to change your preference; declining stops future events but does not erase information already received by Meta.
Cookies and browser storage
Existing account sessions use a cookie. The site stores your analytics preference in your browser where storage is available. Essential hosting and security logs may be processed by our hosting provider. You can clear stored site data through your browser settings.
Service providers
Our hosting and database providers process information needed to operate the site. Email providers process messages sent to our contact address. If you allow configured Meta analytics, Meta processes the associated events under its own privacy terms.
Your choices
To leave the launch list, request a copy or correction of your information, or ask us to delete it, email info@tfyjewelry.com. We will review the request and retain only information still needed for existing orders, security, or applicable recordkeeping obligations. We do not sell the launch list.
