Privacy Policy

TFY is an online fine-jewelry store at tfyjewelry.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you browse or buy, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to the website, our emails, and our customer care.

Orders. When you place an order we collect your name, email address, delivery address, and the details of what you bought. We need these to fulfil the order, send confirmations, and help you if something goes wrong.

Accounts. Creating an account is optional. If you do, we store your email and a securely hashed password. We can never see the password itself.

Newsletter. If you join our list, we store your email address and where you signed up (for example the welcome offer or the footer form). Nothing else.

Customer care. If you write to us, we keep the conversation so we can resolve your question and improve our service.

Payments are handled by our payment processor. Your card number goes directly to them over an encrypted connection and never touches our servers. We receive only a confirmation that payment succeeded, the amount, and the last digits of the card for your receipt.

We use a small number of cookies that the site needs to work: one that keeps your bag together, one that keeps you signed in if you have an account, and one that remembers you have already seen the welcome offer so we do not show it twice.

We may also use standard analytics and advertising tools (such as the Meta Pixel) to understand how visitors find us and to measure our ads. These tools set their own cookies and receive standard technical data such as pages visited and approximate location. You can block cookies in your browser at any time; the shop will still work.

To fulfil and deliver orders, to answer your questions, to send the emails you asked for, to prevent fraud, to meet our legal obligations (such as tax records), and to understand which pieces and pages people love so we can make the store better. We do not use your data for anything unrelated to running TFY.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. We do not send marketing email unless you asked for it, and every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link that works immediately.

Only the partners needed to run the store: our payment processor (to take payment), delivery carriers (to ship your order), our hosting and database providers (to run the website), and email providers (to send confirmations). Each receives only what it needs for its job and may not use your data for its own purposes.

Order records are kept as long as tax law requires. Account data is kept until you delete the account. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Care conversations are kept for up to two years.

You can ask us at any time for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Reply to any of our emails or write to us and we will confirm within 5 business days. Deleting your data does not affect order records we must keep by law.

The store is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
