Read the material description
Check the individual listing rather than assuming that every piece in the collection uses the same metal or pearl type. Contact us if the base metal, plating, or ear-post material is not specified.
Daily care
Keep pieces dry, store them separately, and avoid contact with perfume, cleaning products, and cosmetics. Use a soft cloth. Follow any material-specific supplier care instructions; avoid abrasive cleaners on plated finishes or pearls.
Measure before choosing
For bracelets, measure your wrist with a flexible tape. For necklaces, use a string to compare the listed length against the neckline you want. Product images are not a reliable scale reference.
Open rings and earring sizes
An open band has a limited adjustment range; it does not fit every finger. Ask about your required ring size before ordering. Earring measurements may be per piece or per pair; use the wording on the product page.
Material sensitivities
We do not make a collection-wide hypoallergenic or sleep-in claim. If you react to particular materials, ask us to confirm the parts that touch your skin before choosing a piece.
